This machine uses Power Mill to generate code for the mill. It is complicated to use and requires training in order to use the robot.

 End Mills and Supplies

This machine is open for use.  However, students need to provide their own materials.

This machine comes with an integral tool changer. Tools for the robot are supplied by the shop.
5.
 Access to Machine

In order to gain access to this machine, students need to go through an orientation on its use. Orientations are given by fabrication monitors. Simply schedule a time with a fabrication monitor during one of their shifts. After completing the orientation, an Advanced Technology staff member will enable your login on the machine.
